Important:

Speed in signing up and approving your AD for the postcard is very important! The turnaround time for mailing the Community Post card is contingent on several businesses signing up for the card, approving their Ad to be mailed, and then sending out the postcard to be printed before they will begin hitting neighborhoods. We will mail a card with fewer than 16 businesses if spaces aren’t filled or we will refund businesses if we can’t fill the card with the desired number of businesses that Local Legends Adz deems appropriate.

Refunds:

In the slim chance we can’t mail a post card, businesses that require a refund will be contacted by Local Legends Adz and the business can either remain until the card is filled and mailed or issued a refund. Subscription customers will not be able to cancel a subscription for previous cards or payments. If subscription customer wants to cancel the service, previous payments will be forfeited and not available for refund. This is due to postage being paid upfront and once a card is mailed out, it doesn’t come back. All future payments will be canceled. If a business paid the full cost of subscription upfront, then all remaining ads in the contract that haven’t been mailed will be refunded @ the monthly breakdown cost of each individual mailing. Previous cards ads will not be refunded. Refunds will be granted for customers only for issues relating and resulting from Local Legends Adz such as, but not limited to, card cancelations due to business interest and turnout, design issues, or general issues within operating our business at Local Legends Adz. General refunds will not be granted once payment is received for an advertisement, and a postcard is pending mailing. We will work with our clients as much as possible to resolve any concerns or issues that arise.

Referrals:

Have a business buddy local to your area who would want an advertisement space?  Inquire about our referral discount. Existing businesses advertising on our card will receive $50 off their next single ad if the referred business signs up and the referred business will receive $50 off the price of the first single ad for signing up. Existing Subscription customers will receive $50 off the next monthly payment, and new referred businesses on subscription service will receive $50 discount for signing up.    

Expect several weeks from signing up, to postcards hitting the mail. We want to fill and mail the card as fast as possible so please refer a business friend!!

Prices are all subject to change and don’t reflect any local or state sales taxes or fees that could be imposed.

Every final contract will be discussed with each business advertiser separately, based on what they need and what type of advertisement product they purchase, with final contract discussed at checkout between Local Legends Adz and the prospective business advertiser. We will tailor to each customer as much as possible and after agreement, payment will be completed. No payments will be accepted until an agreement in met with Local Legends Adz and the prospective business advertiser.
